摘  要:采用草酸作为生丝的脱胶剂,通过单因素实验,研究草酸质量浓度、反应时间、浴比和反应温度对生丝脱胶效果的影响,得出草酸脱胶最佳工艺条件为草酸质量浓度4g/L,反应时间40min,浴比1∶40,反应温度100℃.利用最佳工艺条件对生丝进行草酸脱胶处理及苦味酸胭脂红显色实验.结果表明,草酸对生丝的脱胶效果达到了碳酸钠的脱胶效果;草酸脱胶生丝的断裂强度和断裂伸长均优于碳酸钠脱胶;脱胶生丝均变细,表面富有光泽,但是草酸脱胶生丝的表面裂痕少于碳酸钠脱胶;红外光谱显示草酸脱胶处理后生丝的主体结构不受影响.With oxalic acid as the degumming agent of raw silk,the influences of oxalic acid concentration,reaction time,bath ratio and reaction temperature on the degumming were investigated by single factor experiment.The optimal degumming conditions of silk degummed with oxalic acid are oxalic acid 4 g/L,reaction time 40 min,bath ratio 1∶40,and reaction temperature 100 ℃.Silk was degummed with oxalic acid under the optimal conditions,then reacted with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol-carmine solution.The results show that the degumming effect of oxalic acid is the same as the degumming effect of sodium carbonate.The breaking strength and breaking elongation of silk degummed with oxalic acid are better than that of the control group.From the microphotographs,silk degummed with oxalic acid and the control group areslimmed.The surfaces of two degummed silks are sheen.But the cracks on the surface of silk degummed with oxalic acid are less than that of the control group.From infrared spectrum,the structure of silk is not destroyed after degumming with oxalic acid.
