摘 要:通过以环保型水溶性酚醛树脂为基体,浸渍高硅氧玻璃纤维布,再经高温固化成型,得到3种不同基体的高硅氧玻纤布/酚醛树脂复合材料.采用FT-IR、SEM表征该复合材料的微观结构;采用TG、万能试验机测试其热稳定性及力学性能.讨论了醛酚摩尔比对复合材料热性能的影响,并对热性能优异的复合材料进行拉伸性能测试及铁水过滤实验.结果表明,高硅氧玻纤布/酚醛树脂复合材料在900℃下的热残余率随醛酚摩尔比的增加呈现先增大后减少的趋势,醛酚摩尔比为1.25∶1时复合材料的热残余率最大,为77.38%;拉伸断裂强度为89.6 MPa.将此复合材料作为铁水过滤网,可满足铁水浇铸对材料性能的要求.Taking the water soluble phenolic-formadehyde risin as the basis,impregnating high silicaglass-fiber-cloth,high silica-glass-fiber-cloth/phenolic resin composites are obtained by high temperature formed after the high temperature curing.The microstructure of composites was characterized byFT-IR and SEM,and curing formation,the thermal stability and mechanical properties were tested by TG and universal testing machine.The influence of the molar ratio of formaldehydes to phenol on the thermal properties of the composites was discussed.The tensile properties and hot metal filtration experiments were carried out for composites with the best thermal properties.The results show that the thermal residual rate of the composites at 900℃increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of formaldehyde/phenol molar ratio.When the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol was 1.25,the thermal residual rate of composites reached the maximum,77.38% and its fracture strength was 89.6 MPa.Such above composites were then tested by hot metal filtration.The results indicate that they satisfy the requirement on molten iron casting.
