摘 要:目的探讨多次全身麻醉对儿童不同脑区事件相关电位的影响。方法记录35例经历二次全身麻醉的先天性巨结肠、尿道下裂患儿麻醉前1d、第1次麻醉后30d、第2次麻醉后30d检测前额区(Fz)、中央区(Cz)的事件相关电位(ERP)潜伏期和波幅,比较多次全身麻醉后P300潜伏期和波幅的差异。结果第2次麻醉后Fz和Cz的P300潜伏期均显著长于麻醉前1d和第1次麻醉后(P值均<0.05),波幅均显低于麻醉前第1d和第1次麻醉后(P值均<0.05)。麻醉前1d与第1次麻醉后的P300潜伏期和波幅的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论二次麻醉后患儿对信息的感知、加工速度减慢。Objective To investigate the effect of multiple general anesthesia on event related potential (ERP) in brain regions of children. Methods Thirty-five pediatric patients with congenital megacelon or hypospadia were examined on the day before anesthesia, and 30 days after the first anesthesia and the second anesthesia. The latency and amplitude of ERP in the forehead area (Fz) and central area (Cz) of the brain were compared. The difference of latency and amplitude of P300 after multiple general anesthesia was analyzed, Results There was n9 significant difference in the latency or amplitude of P300 between the day before anesthesia and after the first anesthesia (both P〉0.05). Compared with those on the day before anesthesia and after the first anesthesia, the latency of P300 in the Fz and Cz after the second anesthesia was significantly prolonged, while the amplitude of P300 was significantly decreased (all P〈0.05). Conclusion The secondary anesthesia in pediatric patients with congenital megacolon or hypospadias can slower down the speed of information processing and damage the cognitive processing ability.
