摘 要:为探讨酸雨胁迫对毛竹叶片色素含量变化响应的敏感光谱波段和相关光谱参数,试验模拟酸雨(SO42-∶NO3-=4∶1摩尔比),设定pH 2.5、4.0、5.6和6.9(对照),对毛竹3年生盆栽实生苗进行处理,测定了毛竹叶片色素质量分数和310-1 130 nm范围的反射光谱,分析了酸雨胁迫对色素含量、光谱特征及光谱指数的影响,并对光谱反射率、微分光谱及光谱参数与色素含量进行相关分析。结果表明:酸雨胁迫75 d时,pH 5.6处理使叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素分别比对照增加21.86%、0%、26.67%,pH 4.0处理使之分别比对照减少39.53%、19.28%、6.67%,pH 2.5处理使之分别减少53.49%、22.89%、13.33%。毛竹反射光谱对不同光合色素在不同光谱区域的响应存在差异,其中最敏感区域在蓝谷、蓝边、红谷和红边区。pH 5.6处理使蓝谷和红边红移,红谷蓝移;pH 4.0和pH 2.5处理使蓝边、黄边、红边和蓝谷蓝移,红谷红移。其中叶绿素a在黄边和红边区、叶绿素b在蓝边和黄边区、类胡萝卜素在蓝边区与反射光谱的相关性最强,且一阶微分光谱在绿光区和红光区对毛竹色素含量变化有较好的光学响应,色素含量与植被衰减指数(PSRI)等大部分光谱参数相关极显著。利用相关光谱参数在绿光区和红光区评价毛竹受酸雨胁迫程度和反演毛竹色素质量分数更具有针对性和参考价值。In order to explore the response of pigment contents in leaves of Phyllostachys edulis and the related sensitive spectral band and spectral parameters to the changes in acid rain stress ,3-year-old potted seedlings were tested for measuring the pigment mass fraction and 310-1130 nm range of spectral reflectance under the simulated acid rain ( SO42-:NO3 -=4:1 mole ratio) of pH 2.5,4.0,5.6,and 6.9 (CK).Besides, spectral features and spectral index,the correlation between the pigment content and spectral reflectance ,differential spectra and spectral parameters were analyzed too .Results showed that after 75 d treatment, the contents of Chl a ,Chl b,Carotenoids increased by 21.86%,0%,26.67%respectively than that of CK under the treatment of pH 5.6 acid rain,but decreased by 39.53%,19.28%,6.67%under the treatment of pH 4.0 acid rain,and reduced by 53.49%,22.89%,13.33% under pH 2.5. The reflectance spectrum of Ph. edulis had different response to different photosynthetic pigments in different wavelength location .The most sensitive region was in blue valley,λblue,red valley andλred.The treatment of pH 5.6 made the blue valley and λred move to red and the red valley move to blue,pH 4.0 and pH 2.5 made the blue valley,λblue,λyelow andλred move to blue, and red valley move to red.The most relevent region with reflectance spectrum were Chl a at λyel ow and λred,Chl b at λblue andλyel ow,Car atλblue,Chl(a+b)at λred, Chl a/b at λyel ow .It showed that the pigment content had significant correlation with most of spectrum parameters and the first order differential spectrum in region green and red had pretty good optics response to the change of pigment content .There was even more reference value to evaluate the degree of acid rain stress and inverse the pigment mass fraction with the related spectrum parameter in the above two wavelength regions .
