簕竹属新品种DUS测试指南的研制

摘　　要：植物新品种特异性(Distinctness)、一致性(Uniformity)和稳定性(Stability)(简称DUS)测试指南是植物新品种保护的基础,是审批机关对申请品种进行实质审查的重要内容和判定能否授予品种权的重要依据。为了更好地推进簕竹属竹种的发展以及与国际接轨的需要,参照国际植物新品种保护联盟(UPOV)TG/1/3、TGP系列文件和我国有关测试指南的国家标准,研制了簕竹属DUS测试指南。详细地阐述了簕竹属测试指南主要内容和研制过程,筛选出77个测试性状并对每个测试性状的表达状态进行准确描述和科学分级、确定了34个标准品种和DUS判定的标准,为簕竹属新品种测试与授权提供技术支持。Guidelines for the examination of distinctness , uniformity and stability （ DUS ） of new varieties of plants is the foundation of new species protection , and an important reference for the official granting of new varieties of plants .In order to promote the study of Bambusa species and approach the international standards , the DUS examination guidelines for new varieties of Bambusa were developed based on the documents of TG/1/3 made by the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants （ UPOV） ,the national standard TGP series of documents and related test guidelines for UPOV and the national standard of test guideline for in China .Seventy-seven testing characteristics were described for the table of characteristics .Thirty-four standard varieties were determined , and their DUS examination criteria were provided .These can provide technical support for authorization and examination of new varieties of Bambusa.
