摘 要:保险运营创新重要的一环便是科技创新。本文基于保险运营实际,从区块链技术的视角,研究其对于险企承保、核保、核赔、用户深层次开发及产品服务创新过程中涉及的数据安全及运营效率提升问题。研究表明,基于优化自适应神经网络算法,可以高效辨析保险市场主体属性,特别是产险领域具体场景真实需求。该技术的引入可用于搭建多维度差异化保险经营模式及全局响应运营平台,一定程度上可用于提升保险市场运行效率、底层数据安全、新场景服务体验以及监管效率。The important link of insurance operation innovation is scientific and technological innovation.Based on the insurance operation practices,and from the perspective of block chain technology introduction,this paper researched its significance for improving on insurance companies' data security and operational efficiency regarding underwriting,risk selection,claim settlement,deep level client development and customer service innovation.The research showed that based on its adaptive neural network algorithm,it could effectively identify the principal subject of insurance market,especially the real demand of specific scenes in the field of property insurance.The technology could be used to build a multi-.dimensional differential insurance business model and global response operation platform,and to some extent,improve the market efficiency,the underlying data security,the new scene service experience and regulation efficiency.
