果袋纸专用抗水剂的制备及应用研究

摘　　要：以聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵为乳化剂,AKD、石蜡、松香作为主要的疏水物质,制备了一种用于果袋纸的抗水剂。研究了抗水剂原料的配比对抗水效果的影响,确定了松香、石蜡、AKD、乳化剂的最优配比。各部分的配比分别是松香:石蜡:AKD∶乳化剂为5∶15∶2∶16,所制得的抗水剂的固含量为43%,粒径为743.3nm,Zeta电位是+65.3m V,稳定性较好,保存6个月不分层。A water repellent agent was prepared from poly（ dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride）（ as emulsifier）,rosin,paraffin wax and AKD（ as hydrophobic substance）. The effect of formulae on water-resistance was investigated. The optimal ratio of rosin,paraffin wax,AKD and emulsifier was 5∶ 15∶ 2∶ 16. The solid content,the particle size and the Zeta potential of the water repellent agent was 43%,743. 3 nm,and ＋ 65. 3 m V,respectively.The water repellent agent presented good stability,which could be stored for 6 months without delamination.
