摘 要:基于顶空气相色谱技术建立了一种快速检测含氯漂白废水中的总有机碳含量的新方法。通过使用过量的强氧化剂重铬酸钾在强酸条件下将水样中有机物氧化为CO_2,并由顶空气相色谱联用仪测定CO_2从而间接得出水样中总有机碳的含量。结果表明:总有机碳含量与气相色谱信号值之间存在很好的线性相关,其相关系数为0.999;该方法的重现性相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在99.1%~105.5%之间;与传统测量法相比,具有更高的准确性和可靠性,非常适合于含氯废水中有机碳的快速、批量化的检测。The total organic carbon content in chloric bleaching related effluent and wastewater was determined rapidly by headspace gas chromatography( HS-GC). Under the strong acid condition,the organic matter in the water sample was oxidized to carbon dioxide by the excess amount of potassium dichromate as the oxidizing agent,in which the carbon dioxide generated from the reaction was determined by HS-GC. The present method presented good repeatability( with a relative standard deviation less than 5%) and good accuracy( recovery ranging from 99.1% ~ 105. 5%). Compared to traditional method,the present method is more efficient and reliable. It is expected to be used in the rapid and batch determination of total organic carbon in the related effluent and wastewater in pulp and paper industry.
