摘 要:采用机械循环研磨法制备了纳米淀粉胶,并测试了其分子结构、颗粒粒度、黏度及对纸张抗水性、抗张强度等指标。结果表明,纳米机械循环研磨能明显减小淀粉胶的颗粒粒度,经过135min的循环研磨将平均粒径由35.844μm减小到345nm,成功制得纳米淀粉胶,与原淀粉对比,纳米淀粉胶在黏结性、抗水性及纸张抗张强度等方面都有一定的改善。Nano-starch adhesive was prepared by mechanical cycle grinding. The molecular structure,particle size,viscosity of the additive and its effect on the tensile strength of paper were tested. The results show that the circular grinding of nanometer machinery can significantly reduce the particle size of starch adhesive. The average particle size was reduced from 35. 844 μm to 345 nm after 135 min circular grinding,indicating that a nano starch adhesive was successfully prepared. The additive prepared in this work can improve the adhesiveness,water resistance and tensile strength of paper
