孔融礼法观之“孝”与“不孝”

摘  要:4岁即能让梨、千百年来被奉为道德楷模的孔融,却在56岁时因"不忠不孝"而以"大逆不道"的罪名被杀,这一结局令人匪夷所思。前人多从孔融的性格特点及其与曹操的政治恩怨等方面进行探讨,文章则侧重于从孔融的礼法观入手予以分析,认为尽管孔融在"孝"与"不孝"的问题上,呈现出矛盾的两面,但是在礼法观上,却表现出与正统思想的高度一致,这可能是造成其悲剧命运的重要因素。Kong Rong could give up the biggest pears to his older and younger brothers when he was four years old. For this behavior, he was regarded as the moral model for thousands of years. However, it is incredible that Kong Rong was killed at the age of 56 because of the accusation of "unfiliality" . Previous articles mainly focus on Kong Rong' s characteristics and his political grievances with Cao Cao. This article analyses the issue from the perspective of Kong Rong' s etiquette opinions. It points out that although Kong Rong shows the contradictory sides on the question of "filiality" and "unfiliality", his etiquette opinions highly conform with the orthodoxy. This may be an important factor resulting in his tragic fate.
