摘  要:以高抗赤霉病小麦品种宁7840经60Co辐射诱导产生的编号为N16的单株衍生的Mu6突变体群体为材料,在扬花期利用单花滴注法接种鉴定赤霉病扩展抗性,在花后10 d测定剑叶长、剑叶宽、株高、单株成穗数及每穗小穗数,收获后测定粒长、粒宽及千粒重共计9个性状,研究其突变后代赤霉病抗性与农艺、产量性状关系。结果表明:突变体群体中赤霉病抗性从高感到高抗均有分布;突变体的株高均低于或显著低于野生型,但株高与赤霉病抗性之间并无显著相关性;农艺和产量性状优于野生型的突变系中,赤霉病从中抗到高感均有分布,其中5个株系综合农艺和产量性状优于野生型但中抗赤霉病,与野生型赤霉病抗性类似的品种其综合农艺和产量性状大多劣于野生型,表明赤霉病抗性和关键农艺及其产量性状位点均发生突变。基于马氏距离的聚类分析方法,综合评价了野生型和突变体之间的相似性,将野生型及其74个突变系聚为两类.In order to understand if agronomic and yield traits were associated with resistance to Fusarium head blight(FHB)in Ning 7840,a variety highly resistant to FHB,and its 74 -(60)Co-induced mutants(Mu6),which were developed from one of its Mu6 mutants(N16),were used as material,and nine traits were investigated including leaf length,leaf width,plant height,number of spikes per plant,1 000-grain weight,grain length,grain width,number of spikelets per spike and type 2 resistance to FHB.Significant differences in resistance to FHB were observed among all the mutants,varying from high resistance to high susceptibility.All the mutants were shorter than the wildtype in plant height.However,there was no significant correlation between plant height and FHB resistance.Almost all the lines with better agronomic traits than the wildtype were moderately or highly susceptible to FHB.The lines with similar FHB resistance to the wildtype had poor agronomic traits.Five lines with moderate FHB resistance had better agronomic traits than the wildtype.We concluded that at least two mutation events occurred concurrently at the loci underlying FHB resistance and the agronomic(and or yield traits).Cluster analysis based on the Mahalanobis distances classified the wildtype and its mutants into two distinct groups,which allowed for understanding the potential genetic relationships among all the lines.
