摘  要:以大穗型杂交粳稻甬优1538和常规粳稻南粳46为材料,采用当地常规高产栽培措施,研究不同穗型粳稻干物质积累分配与枝梗颖花形成及籽粒灌浆结实特性与常规粳稻的差异。结果表明:大穗型杂交粳稻生育中后期的干物质积累量和单茎鞘非结构性糖类(NSC)含量及茎鞘NSC运转率显著提高。两品种枝梗与颖花分化、退化的差异明显,大穗型杂交粳稻的总枝梗和颖花数分化数显著多于常规粳稻,由于大穗型杂交粳稻枝梗和颖花分化能力大于其退化程度,导致其总枝梗和颖花现存数显著高于常规粳稻。大穗型杂交粳稻强弱籽粒灌浆与常规粳稻相比不同步现象明显,大穗型杂交粳稻强、中、弱势粒间灌浆特征值的差异较常规粳稻大。相关分析表明,枝梗和颖花分化能力以及籽粒灌浆充实与抽穗后茎鞘NSC的积累与运转均呈显著或极显著正相关。To study the differences of dry matter accumulation and transportation,spikelets formation and the grain filling under the high yield cultivation control measures used in production,we used Yongyou 1538 and Nanjing 46 as materials,which are Japonica rice varieties with different panicle types.The result showed that large panicle japonica hybrid rice increased significantly in late growth period in the dry matter amount and single stem sheath NSC content and stem and sheath NSC accumulation operation rate.The differentiation and degradation of two varieties of stem and flower were significantly increased,and the differentiation ability of large panicle type Japonica hybrid rice was significantly increased,because of the differentiation ability of formation of branches and spikelets were greater than the degree of degeneration,the total of branches and survived spikelets were significantly higher than the conventional japonica rice.Large panicle type japonica hybrid rice grain filling and the strength of the rice grain filling and conventional japonica rice compared with the phenomenon of non-synchronization,the main performance in the strong and weak grain filling characteristics of the difference between the conventional japonica rice.The correlation analysis showed that the accumulation of NSC in the stem and sheath of the stem and sheath were significantly or highly significantly positively correlated with the contents of stem and sheath after heading.
