摘 要:为探讨瓜蚜取食对几种黄瓜保护酶活性的影响,选择早二N(中抗)和四川寸金(感虫)2个品系,每张叶片分别接无翅成蚜50(低密度)、100(中密度)和200(高密度)头,取食24、48、72、96 h后测定黄瓜叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性。结果表明:瓜蚜取食后,黄瓜叶片中POD、PPO、PAL活性均迅速提高,其中瓜蚜取食后,抗虫和感虫品系黄瓜叶片中POD和PAL活性分别于96和48 h达峰值,而PPO活性抗虫品系于72h达峰值,感虫品系于48 h达峰值;瓜蚜取食后,抗性黄瓜品系叶片中POD、PPO和PAL活性均高于感虫品系;在供试的范围内,虫口密度对酶活性无明显影响。这一研究提示,瓜蚜取食对黄瓜叶片中3种酶的诱导存在积累效应和强度效应,且诱导强度存在峰值,为进一步应用黄瓜抗虫性对蚜虫实施生态控制提供了理论基础。In order to investigate the effects of melon aphid feeding on several protective enzymes,peroxidase isozyme(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and phenyalanine ammonialyase(PAL) activity in leaves of 2 cucumber cultivars,middle resistant cultivar Zao2 N and susceptible cultivar Sichuan Cunjin,were measured after different density(50,100,200 respectively) of melon aphid feeding at different time(24,48,72,96 h after feeding).The results showed that the activities of POD,PPO and PAL all increased rapidly,and these in resistant cultivar were all higher than in susceptible cultivar.The activities of POD and PAL in two cultivars were increased to peak value at 96 and 48 h respectively.The PPO activity in resistant cultivar reached to peak value at 72 h while at 48 h in susceptible cultivar.Different density of insects feeding in our experiment made no significant difference in enzyme activity of leaves.From our results,we can conclude that there was an accumulation and enhancing effects on the induction of three enzymes in the leaves of cucumber,and the threshold of the induced intensity was found.We could use these 3 kinds of enzyme activity in cucumber leaves as aphid resistant index.The results provide a theoretical basis for the further application of cucumber insect resistance to the ecological control of aphids.
