金水固元操联合经络按摩防治支气管哮喘50例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察金水固元操联合经络按摩防治支气管哮喘效果。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,50例老年科门诊患者金水固元操,1次/d;同时配合完成一次经络按摩。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量评分(活动受限、哮喘症状、心理功能状况、对刺激源的反应、自我健康的关心)、ACT评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]完全控制8例,基本控制34例,未控制8例,控制率84.00%(42/50)。ACT评分治疗后优于治疗前(P<0.01)。活动受限、哮喘症状评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),心理功能状况、对刺激源的反应、自我健康关心无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]金水固元操联合经络按摩防治支气管哮喘,效果满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of preventing bronchial asthma by Jinshui Guyuan exercises combined with Meridian health care. [Method] By prospectivedesign, 50 cases of specialtyclinic patient doing Jinshui Guyuan exercises combined with Meridian health care once a day, Three consecutive months as a course of treatment. To observe the clinical symptom, the quality of life score, ACT score,adverse reaction. Judging curative effect after a course of treatment. [Results] 8 cases totally controlled, 34 cases basis controlled, 8 cases out of uncontrolled, control rate was 84%. ACT score was better after treating（P〈0.01）,the limitation of activity, the symptoms of asthma was better than before（P〈0.05）, mental functionstatus、the reaction of stimuli, self health concern had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. the clinical symptoms were improved the behavioral testing was better than before（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life score was better than before in different degrees. The limitation of activity, the symptoms of asthma was better than before（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Jinshui Guyuan exercises combined with Meridian health care has no serious adverse reaction, it has satisfactory result and worth popularizing
