摘　　要："健康中国"战略旨在全面提高全民健康水平,对提高综合国力、实现民族复兴具有重要意义。我国人口众多,健康医疗数据资源丰富但分散、开放共享程度有限,尚未有统一权威、广联互通的人口健康信息平台,因此"健康医疗大数据的共享、挖掘与应用"被列为"健康中国"战略的任务。世界范围内,精准医学正逐渐成为医学研究的重点和热点,在临床实践中应用基因组学成为重要的发展方向,而药物基因组学被认为是目前条件最成熟的领域。本文将对药物基因组学在临床实践中的价值,药物基因组学部署策略、基础设施及工作规划进行综述,并对部署药物基因组学的潜在挑战进行展望。The ＂Health China＂ strategy aims to comprehensively improve the health level of the whole nation, which is of great significance to the enhancement of the Comprehensive National Power and the rejuvenation of nation. China＇s large population generates a rich yet scattered healthy data, which was limitedly shared due to lack of a unified, authoritative, exchangeable health information platform. Therefore, ＂health care large data sharing, mining and application＂ was listed as an important task in ＂Healthy China＂ strategy. Throughout the world, Precision Medicine has attracted increasingly more study interest in medical field, while application of genomics in clinical practice is becoming an increasingly more important development direction. Pharmacogenomics（PGx） is considered to be the most mature field in clinical practice. This article re- views several aspects of Pharmacogenomics, including its value in clinical practice, deployment strategies, infrastructure and work planning, as well as the prospects of potential challenges in future deployment.
