30%胺鲜酯·乙烯利水剂对巨峰葡萄果实着色和品质的影响

摘　　要：研究30%胺鲜酯·乙烯利水剂对葡萄着色和商品性的影响,可为葡萄转色剂的安全使用提供技术支持。参照《农药田间药效试验准则》(二),在巨峰葡萄着色初期用200.0、250.0、300.0和500.0 mg/kg(均为有效成分用量)的30%胺鲜酯·乙烯利水剂喷施果穗,以8%胺鲜酯可溶粉剂、40%乙烯利水剂、5%S-诱抗素水剂和清水处理为对照,研究了不同用量对葡萄着色、农艺性状和果实品质的影响。结果表明:30%胺鲜酯·乙烯利水剂处理能明显促进葡萄转色,对葡萄裂果率、百粒重、果穗重和产量无不良影响,并在一定程度上改善果实品质。其中,300 mg/kg用量处理效果最佳,该处理下葡萄的着色、农艺性状和果实品质指标均与对照处理的最优指标值差异不显著。30%胺鲜酯·乙烯利水剂用于促进葡萄转色时,其适宜的有效成分用量为300 mg/kg。The effects of 30% diethyl aminoethyl commercialization of ＇Kyoho＇ grape were studied agents. Referring to the Guidelines for Pesticide hexanoate ethephon aqueous solution on fruit coloration and to provide technical support for the safe use of grape color Experiment Field Efficacy Trials 11, the active ingredient dosage of 200.0, 250.0, 300.0 and 500.0 mg/kg of 30% diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate ethephon aqueous solution were sprayed to the fruit cluster, taking contrast with 8% diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate ethephon soluble power, 40% ethylene aqueous solution, 5% S-auxin aqueous solution and water as controls, the effects of different dosage of 30% diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate ethephon aqueous solution on fruit coloration, agronomic characters and fruit quality of grape were studied. The results showed that 30% diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate ethephon aqueous solution could obviously promote grape coloration, without adverse effects on fruit cracking rate, 1130 grains weight, fruit cluster weight and yield, and it could improve fruit quality to a certain extent. Among the tested dosage, 300 mg/kg was the best, under this treatment, the fruit coloration, agronomic characters and fruit quality indexes of grape were not significantly different from the optimal index values by control. The appropriate active ingredient of 30% diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate ethephon aqueous solution was 300 mg/kg when it was used to promote the fruit coloration of grape.
