摘  要:回热器是高温气冷堆—氦气轮机直接循环系统的关键部件之一,它的主要作用是利用高压涡轮出口的高温尾气,使高压压气机后的低温氦气被充分加热后再返回堆芯,以提高系统的循环效率。回热器需要在满足换热效率和压力损失的前提下,实现体积和重量的最小化,以符合装置对紧凑性的要求。本文从总体布置方案、材料方案和芯体段计算方案出发,进行回热器的结构设计,并进行强度校核计算。结果表明:所设计的回热器性能、芯体段的应力应变都满足使用要求,可保证运行的安全、稳定。Recuperator is one of the key components in HTGR-helium gas turbine direct-cycle system. Its main function is take advantage of high temperature off-gas on the outlet of high pressure turbine to heat microthermal helium behind the high pressure compressor, and then go back to reactor core. This could enhance the cycle efficiency of the whole system.For meet the requirements of compactedness, recuperator should minimize its volume and weight without affect the thermal efficiency and pressure loss. General arrangement design, material scheme and calculation scheme of core section have been shown in this paper. In the end, design and strength checking have been done. The results show that: the recuperator which designed in this paper could meet the requirements of performance, stress and relative deformation.
