摘 要:为了解我国蜱类博卡病毒的感染情况,本研究于2011—2015年,分别从辽宁大连丹东、内蒙古额尔古纳和西藏樟木境内采游离蜱样本,采用巢氏PCR方法扩增博卡病毒NS1片段。结果显示,分别从长角血蜱、长须血蜱、全沟硬蜱和草原革蜱体内检测出博卡病毒36份,系统进化分析表明蜱源博卡病毒同已发现的其他博卡病毒属于不同的进化分支,通过对36个NS1蛋白序列分析发现,其中2个进化支氨基酸一致性小于85%,由此推论我国可能存在2个不同的蜱博卡病毒种类,揭示了在蜱虫中博卡病毒有较高的多样性。For investigation of Bocavirus infection in the ticks in China, we sampled the ticks from Dandong (Dalian) , Eerguna (Inner Mongolia) and Zhangmu (Tibet) during 2011--2015. NS1 gene fragment of Bocavirus were amplified by using nest PCR method. There were 36 Bocavirus had been detected from Haemaphysalis longicornis, Hae. aponommoides, Ixodes persulcatus and Dermacentor nuttalli. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the tick Bocaviruses had a different evolutionary branch with other Bocaviruses that had been found before. The 36 sequences of NS1 protein were analyzed, it was found that two branch of the evolved amino acids were less than 85%. There might be two different Bocavirus species which revealed a high diversity of bocavirus in ticks.
