摘　　要：司法警务督察是督促民警正确履职,推进民警队伍规范化建设,提高依法治监(所)水平,维护司法行政机关良好形象的重要举措。此举能有效帮助民警合理规避执法风险,回应社会对司法行政系统执法水平的期待和要求。从法律制度完善、指标体系构建、信息化建设、督察队伍建设、工作机制优化等五大维度,探索持续加强司法警务督察建设方法与策略,有助于促进我国司法行政事业全面发展。Judicial policing supervision is an important measure to urge police exercise their duties, promote standardization construction of police team, improve the level of managing the prison by law, and safeguard the good image of the judicial administrative organ, which can help police reasonably avoid the risk of law enforcement, and response to social expectations and requirements for law enforcement level of the judicial administrative system. From the five construction dimensions of perfecting legal system, the index system construction, information construction, supervision team construction, and working mechanism optimization, the article continues to strengthen the construction of judicial police supervision, and helps to promote our country judicial administration developing in an all-round way.
