摘　　要：实战化师资队伍建设在公安现役院校教学和人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用。目前,公安现役院校师资队伍建设存在明显不足。加强和改进院校实战化师资队伍建设可采取以下对策:(1)合理优化师资队伍结构,引领实战化教学创新发展;(2)树立实战化教学理念,满足人才培养和部队建设发展需求;(3)紧跟部队实战化建设步伐,提高实战化教学本领;(4)引导教员转变教学观念,创新教学方法。The teaching staff construction of actual combat plays an important role in the teaching and personnel training of public security colleges. At present, there are obvious deficiencies in the construction of teaching staff in public security colleges. To strengthen and improve the teaching staff construction of actual combat, we are supposed to take the measures as follows： （1） to optimize the structure of teachers, leading the combat teaching innovation and development; （2） to establish a practical teaching concept, meeting the demands of the development of personnel training and military construction; （3） to follow the pace of military construction, improving the practical teaching ability; （4） to guide teachers to change the teaching idea, seeking innovative teaching methods.
