摘　　要：中小企业是我国经济发展的中坚力量,标准化是中小企业核心竞争力提升的有效途径。但我国标准化起步较晚,中小企业对标准化能给企业带来的益处认识不足。本文通过对塑料饰品中小企业的生产运营价值进行解析、重构,找出其成本和质量控制的关键环节,并针对其进行标准的应用效果分析,为同类型或同等规模的其他企业提供标准化实施的参考和示范。Small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） are the backbone of China＇s economic development, and standardization is an effective way to enhance the core competitive-hess of SMEs. However, the standardization of China started relatively late, so that SMEs do not fully realize that the benefits of standardization to enterprises. This paper analyzes and reconstructs the production and operation value of plastic accessories SMEs to find out the key links of their cost and quality control, and analyzes standard application effect to provide the reference and demonstration for other enterprises of the same type or the same size.
