摘　　要：本文从标准化技术层面提出一种科学可行的民用标准在军事应用中的适用性评价方法,介绍了标准从条文分析、条文适用性评价到标准适用性评价的一套流程和评价模型,并以具体标准为例验证了流程和模型的科学性,可为民用标准在军事应用中的适用性分析以及军民标准融合工作提供一定的参考。This paper presents a scientific and feasible applicability evaluation method of civilian standards in military applications from the aspect of standardization technology, introduces a set of process and evaluation model of standards from clause analysis, provisions applicability evaluation to standard applicability evaluation, and verifies the scientific nature of the process and model with specific standard, providing some reference for civil applicability analysis in military applications and civil and military integration.
