摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,技术标准在国际经济领域的重要作用日益显现,"抢占标准制高点"已逐步成为当今世界技术竞争和产品竞争的重要手段。本文梳理了东北亚国家标准化战略的目标、措施和特点,对比分析了三国标准化战略之间的异同,研究提出了日韩标准化战略发展经验对我国的启示。Against the background of growing economic globalization, the important role of technical standards in the international economy is increasingly apparent, and ＂to seize the standard high ground＂ has gradually become an important means of the world＇s technology competition and product competition. This paper combs the objectives, measures and characteristics of the standardization strategies of Northeast Asia countries China, Japan and Korea, analyzes the similarities and differences between the three countries＇ standardization strategies. It also proposes development proposals of China＇s standardization strategy based on the advanced experience of Japan and Korea.
