摘　　要：当今社会问题繁杂多样,但从根本探究,其分析角度之一离不开对社会中权力主体的权力运行特征等方面的探讨。本文从当代西方社会权力转移的状况角度,为权力变化问题提供一个分析的视角和依据,从宏观层面把握社会争议变化背后的权力变化轨迹。Today＇s social problems are complicated and diverse, but from the fundamental exploration, one of its analysis perspective can not be separated from the power of the main body of the power of the operation of the characteristics of the discussion. From the perspective of the current situation of social power transfer in the west, this paper provides an analytical perspective and basis for the change of power, and grasps the change track of power behind the change of social disputes from the macro level.
