摘　　要：按《菌物辞典》第十版的系统编写草海国家级自然保护区大型真菌物种多样性目录。共鉴定大型真菌229种,隶属于2门、6纲、18目、53科、116属。其中有27种为贵州新记录。The species diversity catalogue of macrofungi in Caohai National Nature Reserve was complied according to the 10 th edition of Ainsworth Bisby＇s Dictionary of the Fungi. 229 species of macrofungi were classified into 116 genera,53 families,18 orders,6 classes,and 2 phyla. Among them,27 species were newly recorded in Guizhou.
