摘　　要：上世纪出现的循证医学这一新模式,在全球发展近三十年,推广、普及的过程中,好评、质疑均有,怎样科学发展这一医学模式,本文将从三方面谈谈个人对此的思考。一、回顾并重新认识循证医学;二、当前对循证医学理解的误区在哪?三、循证医学实践中需重申的医学伦理学。The new model of evidence-based medicine （EBM） that appeared in last century has experienced the global development of nearly 30 years, which praise and question all have. How to devel- op this medical model scientifically？ This article will talk about personal thinking about this from three as- pects. I. Looking back and relearning evidence-based medicine; II. What is the current misunderstand- ing of evidence-based medicine？ Ⅲ. Medical ethics to be reaffirmed in evidence-based medical practice.
