摘 要:提升机作为井下运输开展的基础设备,一直是井下作业持续进行的有力保障。以此为对象,对提升机智能化控制系统开展设计分析。基于PLC控制技术,构建应用于提升机的全数字型控制系统以实现提升机运行的安全、高效与稳定。首先构建总体设计方案,并在此基础上从硬件系统和软件系统两方面开展介绍,希望能够为其他矿井相应系统的构建提供一定的借鉴与参考。As the basic equipment for underground transportation, the hoister has been a strong guarantee for underground operation. The design analysis of the intelligent control system of hoist was carried out. Based on PLC control technology, the full-digital type control system applied to the hoist was built to improve the safety, efficiency and stability of the operation. This paper firstly built the overall design plan and introduced the hardware system and software system on this basis, which hoped that it can prov-ide some reference for the construction of corresponding system in other mines.
