摘 要:根据调研,针对现役消防灭火防护服活动舒适性方面的不足,应用人体工效学的活动适应性分割设计开发出2套新型消防灭火防护服。通过对消防作业常见动作进行针对性模拟,对新设计消防灭火防护服与现役消防灭火防护服进行人体穿着对比实验。根据实验主观舒适性评价结果,发现两款新设计消防灭火防护服的运动灵活性和活动舒适性整体均优于现役消防灭火防护服,其细节和规格设计总体是合理的。Based on the survey, we found that current fire-fighting protective clothing is lack of flexibility. To improve the situation, two sets of fire-fighting protective clothing were developed using segmented design based on ergonomics and wearing mobility. Then, through simulating common actions of fire-fighting operation, a wear trial was conducted between the new firefighter's clothing and current one. According to subjective comfort evaluation, the study demonstrated that better movement flexibility and activity comfort were provided by the new firefighter's clothing compared with current clothing. Furthermore, it is proved that their design of details and specification is generally reasonable.
