摘  要:噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)作为病毒的替代物,通常用于通过教学过程观察其感染机制的特点。国际公认的长效高效保藏蛭弧菌的方法有真空冷冻干燥法和液氮冷冻法。虽然这两种方法相当有效,但不适合教学。该文对噬菌蛭弧菌实验室教学用最佳保藏方法进行探究,主要对-80℃甘油保藏法,4℃甘油保藏法和4℃平板保藏法进行了比较。结果表明对于长时间的保藏,-80℃甘油保藏法效果最佳,18个月仍有活性;其次为4℃甘油平板保藏法,最长可保藏11~12个月左右。Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus, as a substitute for the virus, is often used in the teaching process to observe its infection mechanism. The internationally recognized long - term and efficient preservation of Bdellovibrio is vacuum freeze drying method and liquid nitrogen freezing cryopreservation method. Although both methods are quite effictive, but they are not suitable for teaching. This report studies on the best preservation method for Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus in laboratory teaching. During the course of these studies, we mainly focused on three methods, which were compared glycerol preservation at- 80℃, glycerol preservation at 4℃, and plate preservation at 4℃. The results showed that for long - term preservation, .the preservation method of - 80℃ glycerol had the best effect and remained active after 18 months, followed by glycerol plate preservation method at 4℃ for a maximum of 11 to 12 months.
