摘　　要：该文结合教学工作的实际情况和生物实验室仪器设备的特点,在如何开展仪器设备培训、提高仪器设备使用率、扩大大型仪器设备共享率以及日常维护保养仪器设备等方面进行了探索和实践。实践表明,有针对性地根据不同仪器的特点制定相应的培训、管理、日常维护和共享计划,可有效提高仪器的使用率和共享率。该文为生物实验室仪器设备的使用和管理提供了比较切实的参考依据。There were some common problems in biological laboratory, such as how to improve the serviceability, utilization and sharing. According to the actual teaching situation and the characteristics of biological laboratory equipments, some aspects had been discussed and practiced, which included the operation training, improving utilization rate of instruments and equipment, expanded the sharing rate of large - scale instrument and equipment, and routinely maintain equipment. Practice shows that, according to the characteristics of different instruments to develop the appropriate training, management, routine maintenance and sharing programs, which can effectively improve the instrument utilization and sharing rate. The article provides a more practical reference for the use and management of biological laboratory equipment.
