摘 要:为明确黑龙江省稻瘟病菌对水稻主栽品种的致病性,以水稻苗期接种病原菌的方法,通过致病率、毒力频率和联合致病系数为指标分析171个稻瘟病菌对18个水稻主栽品种的致病性。结果表明:不同的稻瘟病菌菌株对供试品种的致病力存在明显差异,致病率范围从0%~78%;供试菌株对各品种的致病率存在明显差异,龙粳31的毒力频率最低,为1.17%;以联合致病性为指标分析品种组合与稻瘟病菌群体间的互作,龙洋16+龙粳31、龙粳31+龙粳43、龙粳31+松粳20为高抗的搭配组合,其联合抗病系数大于0.8且联合毒性系数为零,可以在生产推广中搭配使用。In order to analyze the pathogenic of rice blast fungus,using pathogenic rate,virulence frequence and pathogenicity association coefficient as indexes,pathogenic of 171 Maguaporthe oryzae on 18 main rice varieties was analyzed by the method of inoculation at rice seeding stage. The results showed that strains collected from different regions of the tested varieties were different virulence,pathogenic rate from 0 to 78%.The virulence frequence of Longjin31 was lowest,only 1.17%.Interaction analysis of Magnaporthe oryzae and variety combination used the method of pathogenicity association coefficient. Longyangl6 +Longjing31 ,Longjing31 +Longjing43,Longjing31 + Songjing20 were high resistance combinations.The pathogenicity association coefficient of these variety combinations were more than 0.8 and the virulence association coefficient was 0,which could be used in the production and extension.
