摘 要:目的探讨利拉鲁肽对初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者氧化应激状态的影响。方法选取肥胖2型糖尿病患者66例以及体检中心的健康体检者40例,比较2组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。糖尿病组使用利拉鲁肽治疗3个月,检测治疗前后患者体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)以及血清CAT、SOD、MDA水平。结果与对照组相比,肥胖T2DM组血清CAT、SOD显著降低,MDA水平显著升高(P<0.05);经利拉鲁肽治疗后,肥胖T2DM组FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、BMI以及血清MDA较治疗前显著下降,而CAT、SOD显著升高(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽不仅能有效降低肥胖T2DM患者血糖,控制体质量,还能减轻肥胖T2DM患者氧化应激状态。Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide on oxidative stress status in T2DM patients with obesity. Methods A total of 66 T2DM patients with obesity and 40 normal peo- ple were selected. Serum oxidative stress markers such as CAT, SOD and MDA were compared between the two groups. Diabetic group was treated with liraglutide for 3 months, and body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG), glycosylated hemo- globin (HbAlc) and serum CAT, SOD, MDA were detected and compared before and after treat- ment. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of CAT and SOD in T2DM and o- besity group significantly reduced, while the level of MDA increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05). After liraglutide treatment, the FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1 c, BMI and MDA decreased significantly in T2DM and obesity group, while CAT and SOD significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Liraglutide can not only reduce blood glucose level in T2DM patients with obese, control body weight, but also reduce the oxidation stress.
