摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对原发性开角型青光眼Ex-Press引流器植入手术的应用效果。方法选取检查确诊为原发性开角型青光眼患者行Ex-Press引流器植入手术80例,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,其中观察组应用循证护理,对照组行常规护理。比较2组患者术前收缩压、舒张压、心率及SAS评分;术前术后最佳矫正视力、眼压以及术后并发症发生率;患者对护理的满意程度。结果所有患者均成功施行Ex-Press引流器植入手术,出院时眼压均恢复至正常值。术前护理后2组患者术前收缩压和舒张压,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术前心率和SAS评分观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者比较术前眼压无差异,术后眼压亦无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Ex-Press引流器植入手术可有效治疗原发性开角型青光眼,循证护理可有效缓解术前患者的不良情绪,术后有效降低并发症发生率,并提高患者对护理的满意程度。Objective To analyze evidence-based nursing in Ex-Press drainage implantation for primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods A total of 80 open-angle glaucoma cases with Ex-Press shunt implantation surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group （n = 40） applied evidence-based nursing and control group was given routine nursing. Diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate and SAS score before surgery were compared. The intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity before and after the surgery, and the incidence rate of complications after sur- gery and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results All patients were successfully operated Ex- Press shunt implantation surgery. The intraocular pressure of these patients dropped into a normal level at discharge. The observation group was lower than that of control group in the systolic and diastolic blood pressures before surgery （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences in the intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after surgery（P 〉 0.05 ）. The observation group had high- er nursing satisfaction, and lower incidence of complications than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion The Ex-Press shunt implantation surgery is effective in treatment of open-angle glaucoma. Evidence-based nursing can effectively eliminate anxiety of patients before surgery, reduce the inci- dence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
