高校学生资助工作面临的新问题及原因分析——以广东外语外贸大学为例

摘　　要：近几年高校学生资助工作出现了三大现象:申请贫困认定的家庭经济困难学生人数逐年下降,申请国家助学贷款的学生逐年下降,申请校内勤工助学岗位的学生逐年下降。广东外语外贸大学学生资助管理中心通过二级学院采取问卷调查法、观察法、访谈法等调查发现,这种现象产生既有学生的主观原因,也有学生资助工作上存在的客观原因。为此,提出应进一步扩大助学贷款覆盖面、培养学生的勤勉精神;加大宣传力度、完善工作机制、加强学生认知纠偏和诚信感恩意识,加大提供技术型岗位。In recent years,it is clear that colleges＇ student financial assistance affairs have faced with three problems,namely decline in the numbers of students applying for the impoverished student identification,decrease in the national student loans,and reducing in applying for part-time jobs on campus.It has found that the causes of these problems are both the students＇ subjective and the objective reasons in the financial assistance affairs after conducting questionnaire investigation,interview with undergraduate colleges and the student financial assistance management center of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies Therefore,in order to solve these problems,the paper suggests that it is essentialto cultivate the students＇ spirit of diligence,correct the cognition deviations and strengthen the gratitude consciousness.In addition,it is also necessary to further expand the coverage of student loans,intensify propaganda,improve the working mechanism and provide more part-time technical jobs.
