摘  要:目的:对早期气管插管抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭的疗效进行深入分析和探讨。方法:对笔者所在科2016年5月-2017年5月的40例急性重度有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者的基本资料进行回顾分析,这些患者中有20例患者进行了早期气管插管抢救,将其设定为A组;另外20例患者没有进行早期气管插管抢救,将其设定为B组,然后由专业的医护人员按照科学的方法从多个角度对两组患者的最后治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果:A组患者的住院时间(12.6±3.1)d,明显少于B组患者的(15.3±2.2)d;A组患者的治愈率95.00%,明显高于B组患者的65.00%;A组患者的死亡率5.00%,明显少于B组患者的35.00%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期气管插管抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭的效果比较好,可以在很大程度上促进患者的康复,减少患者的死亡率,因此可以将其进行临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze and discuss the efficacy of early tracheal intubation in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of the basic data of patients with respiratory failure in 40 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide in our department from May 2016 to May 2017,the poisoning occurred in 20 of these patients underwent early tracheal intubation,we set it as the A group,in the other 20 patients without early tracheal intubation,we will the set B group,and then by professional medical personnel in accordance with the scientific method and treatment effect of two groups of patients from the angle of comparison and analysis.Result:The hospitalization time of patients in the A group was(12.6±3.1)days,it was significantly lower than(15.3±2.2)days in B group,the cure rate was 95.00% in A group,was significantly higher than 65.00% in B group,the mortality rate was 5.00% in A group,it was significantly lower than 35.00% in B group.The differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Early tracheal intubation for severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning combined with respiratory failure,the effect is good,can promote the rehabilitation of patients in a large extent,reduce the mortality of patients,so it can be for clinical application.
