高校对社科文摘与转载类刊物的定级及其影响

摘　　要：以三大文摘和人大复印报刊资料为研究对象,梳理高校对这些刊物分级的情况,对影响高校将其作为学术评价指标并定级的相关因素进行研究。结果发现:刊物摘转论文的学术水平、刊物的学术声誉与传播效应以及为不同学科论文提供可比的评价标准,是高校将其作为学术评价指标的重要依据,而刊物间水平的差异是影响高校决定刊物级别的主要因素。高校对社科文摘与转载类刊物定级,有利于促进高校教师提高论文学术水平、促进学术论文的传播和影响力、促进原发刊物提高办刊质量。但也致使某种类型和有些学科的论文不易被转载,一些学者和刊物为求转载迎合这类刊物的偏好,一定程度导致学术研究的浮躁之风。为此,高校要充分认识社科文摘与转载类刊物学术评价功能的有限性,制定与学科性质相适应的学术评价制度,并建立学术评价的监督和诚信机制。The paper sorts out the classification information of the three major digests,i.e.Xinhua Digest,Chinese Social Science Digest,Academic Liberal Arts Colleges Digest,and Replicated Journal of Information Center for Social Sciences of RUC as academic assessment factors in different higher education institutions and analyses the related aspects for the grading system.There are three elements for journal grading：academic level of the papers reprinted in these journals,academic reputation of the journals and their dissemination effects, comparative paper evaluation standard provisions for different disciplines.And a journal＇s academic level is the main indicator for its grading category.The assessment is beneficial for scholars to improve their academic competences and promoting the dissemination and impacts of the academic papers,etc.Nevertheless,some scholars and journals cater to the tastes of these journals,resulting in forming an impetuous atmosphere in academic research.Therefore,higher education institutions should be aware of the assessment limitations.
