摘  要:目的了解大学生的心理健康状况,提出相应的防护措施,并针对不同的症状程度给予相应的健康教育。方法运用《症状自评量表-SCL90》对2014~2016级的学生进行测试。结果各年级各项因素均是无症状等级的人数所占比例最大,三个年级学生强迫症情况都相对其他因素严重,2014级、2015级学生中等程度的强迫症所占比例相对较大,2016级学生中等程度的精神病性所占比例较大。2014级与2015级学生除躯体化和恐怖两个因素外的其他因素均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而且各项因素的得分均值都是2014级学生高于2015级学生;2016级与2014级、2015级比较,各项因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且2016级学生各项因素的得分均值都要低于2014级和2015级的学生。农村男生与农村女生相比,除人际关系、敌对、精神病性3个因素外的其他几个因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城市男生与城市女生相比,除躯体化、强迫症、焦虑、其他4个因素外的其他几个因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),农村男生与城市男生比较,只有偏执这个因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);农村女生与城市女生相比,除敌对、精神病性两个因素外,其余的因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论3个年级学生在不同的年级、城乡、性别上存在不同的心理健康问题,学校应该重视学生的心理健康问题。Objective To understand the mental health status of college students,and put forward the corresponding protective measures and give appropriate health education according to different symptoms.Methods TheSelf-reporting Inventory,SCL-90〉was used to test the students from grade 2014 to 2016. Results The numbers of asymptomatic accounted for the largest proportion,obsessive compulsive disorder was the worst relative to other factors of the three grade students. Among the students of grade 2014 and grade 2015,moderate obsessive-compulsive disorder account for the most of obsessive-compulsive disorders. In grade 2016,psychotic students account for the most of obsessive-compulsive disorders. Except for the factors of somatization and terror,the differences of the other factors were statistically significant( P〈0.05). What's more,the mean score of the factors are higher in grade 2014 than grade 2015. The differences among grade 2016 and grade 2015 and grade 2014 were statistically significant( P〈0.05),and the scores of each factors in grade 2016 were significantly lower than those in grade 2015 and grade 2014. Except for interpersonal relationship,hostility,psychotic factors,the differences between rural boys and rural girls were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Except for somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,anxiety factors and other factors,the differences between city boys and girls were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Between rural boys and city boys,there exists a difference in the paranoid factors( P 〈0.05); Compared with the girls in the rural and the city,the differences were statistically significant except for hostility and psychoticism( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions The three grade students have different mental health problems in different grades,areas and sex,and the school should pay attention to the students ' mental health problems.
