HRB500级钢筋在广州某大型地下工程项目中的应用

摘　　要：GB 50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中提倡应用HRB500级热轧带肋钢筋,国内很多学者对配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土构件进行了大量的试验研究,试验结果表明用在框架梁中时,不大容易满足正常使用极限状态的要求,但在框架柱中应用HRB500级钢筋中具有良好的变形性能。在广州某大型地下工程项目的框架柱中应用了大量HRB500级钢筋,工程实施结果表明应用HRB500级钢筋可以节约钢材,取得良好的经济效益,而且HRB500级钢筋采用剥肋滚压直螺纹连接接头可以具有良好的加工性能。GB 50010-2010 ＂Code for design of concrete structures＂ promotes application of HRB500 hot-rolled ribbed bar. The configuration of HRB500 grade reinforced concrete members of the many domestic scholars have done a lot of experiments,the results showed that using the frame,is not easy to satisfy the requirement of serviceability limit state,but the application of HRB500 grade steel has good deformation in frame column. A large number of HRB500 steel bars are applied to the frame columns of a large underground project in Guangzhou,the result of engineering practice shows that the application of HRB500 steel bar can save steel and obtain good economic benefits. Moreover,the HRB500 steel bar is made up of stripping rib rolling and straight thread joint,and it can have good processability.
