摘  要:目的:研究维药麦孜彼子丸对非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型炎症及细胞因子的影响,探讨维药治疗慢性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法:采用角叉菜胶所致大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,随机分成6组,实验组动物给予灌胃治疗,给药42天后处死动物,光镜观察各组动物前列腺组织的病理改变,通过ELISA法检测各组动物血清及前列腺组织中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2的水平和血清中酸性磷酸酶ACP,PAP,Tr ACP的活性。结果:与模型组比较,麦孜彼子丸给药14g/Kg、28g/kg大鼠的前列腺湿重、白细胞数明显的降低而卵磷脂小体数目生升高,维药麦孜彼子丸7g/kg、14g/kg、28g/kg剂量均抑制了大鼠动物血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平;与模型组比较各组PGE2水平没有显著差异。与模型组比较麦子彼孜丸14g/kg,28g/kg剂量和前列通瘀片组血清中的PAP活性明显低于模型组。而麦孜彼子丸28g/kg和前列通瘀片6g/kg血清中的ACP活性明显低于模型组;与正常组比较模型组和各组Tr ACP之间无明显差异。结论:麦孜彼子丸能够明显减轻模型大鼠前列腺炎症反应。Objective: To seek the mechanism of Maizibiezi pills(MZBZ) on treating Chronic non bacteria prostatitis on the rat model. Methods:The experimental chronic prostatitis rat model was established by directly injecting the carrageenin into the Prostate of Wistar rats,and they were randomly divided into 6 groups.. All animals were sacrificed after 42 days' treatment. The anti-prostatitis effect of MZBZ was evaluated according to the prostate weights,the density of lecithin corpuscles(DLCC),white blood cell count(WBC),and prostatic histomor-phological parameters and levels of interleukin 1β,interleukin 6,tumor necrosis factor,prostaglandin E2(PGE2),as well as amounts of total acid phosphatase(ACP),prostatic acid phosphatase(PAP),and tartrateresistant acid phosphatase(Tr ACP) in blood serum. Results: Compared with the model group,14 g/kgand 28 g/kgof MZBZ pills significantly decreased prostate wet weights and the number of white cells while increased DLCC(P〈0. 05 - 0. 01) in prostates of rats with chronic prostatitis. MZBZ pills significantly decreased contents of IL-1Ββ,IL-6 and TNF-α in blood serum campared with the model group(P〈0. 05 - 0. 01) and PGE2 level increased in all treatment groups and there was no statistical difference campared with the model group(P〉0. 05). 28 g/kg MZBZ pills significantly decreased the PAP and ACP activities(P 〈0.01) While there was no significant difference in Tr ACP level compared with the model group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: MZBZ pills have anti prostatitis affect and reduce inflammatory response of model rats.
