活血通络方治疗原发性膜性肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络方治疗原发性膜性肾病疗效。方法:将78例膜性肾病患者随机分为两组,观察组39例给予基础治疗和活血通络方治疗,对照组39例,给予基础治疗基础上给予阿魏酸哌嗪分散片,疗程6个月。观察比较两组治疗3个月、6个月后的TP(血总蛋白)、ALB(血清白蛋白)、24h-UTP(24小时尿蛋白定量)、TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、BUN(血尿素氮)、Scr(血肌酐)及UA(血尿酸)水平,临床疗效评价及安全性指标的变化。结果:1.两组患者治疗前后实验室指标比较:经过治疗6个月后,观察组患者血TP升高至60.26±0.60g/L,ALB升高至36.95±0.49g/L,与治疗以前比较,差异明显;观察组患者的24h-UTP下降为1.67±0.09g/24h,血TC下降为5.02±0.15mmol/L,TG值为2.42±0.06mmol/L,下降幅度与治疗前比较,有统计意义,观察组下降较对照组明显;2.临床疗效指标观察观察组的临床疗效均优于对照组。结论:活血通络方治疗原发性膜性肾病疗效确切,起效快,不良反应轻,无毒副作用,具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Huoxuetongluo recipe on primary membranous nephropathy. Methods： 78 patients with membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 39 patients in the observation group were given basic treatment and Huoxuetongluo,while 39 patients in the control group were given the basic treatment and ferulic acid piperazine dispersible tablets for 6 months. Levels of TP（total blood protein）,ALB（serum albumin）,24 h-UTP（24-hour urinary protein quantification）,TC（total cholesterol） and TG（triglyceride）,BUN（blood urea nitrogen）,Scr（serum creatinine） and UA（serum uric acid）,clinical efficacy evaluation and safety indicators were measured and compared between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months treatment,respectively. Results： 1. Serum levels of TP increased to 60. 26 ± 0. 60 g/L and ALB increased to 36. 95 ± 0. 49 g/L after 6 months of treatment. There was the obvious difference compared with the those before the treatment,（P〈0. 01）. In the observation group,the 24 h-UTP decreased to 1. 67 ± 0. 09 g/24 h,the blood TC decreased to 5. 02 ± 0. 15 mmol/L,the TG value was 2. 42 ± 0. 06 mmol/L,decreases were significant（P〈0. 05）. 2. The clinical curative efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Tongluo Fang is effective on primary membranous nephropathy and has a good clinical efficacy： rapid onset,light adverse reactions and non-toxic side effects,.
