芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭对容量负荷及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭对容量负荷及疗效的影响。方法:受试对象为2016年1月~2016年6月在我院就诊的140例慢性心力衰竭患者,所有患者均进行常规方案诊治,观察组另服用芪参益气滴丸,对比该药对相关指标的影响。结果:观察组疗效明显高于对照组(91.43%比74.29%)。治疗后,观察组6MWT、症候得分、MLHFFQ得分分别为(364.8±20.5)m、(4.16±0.69)分、(26.59±4.75)分,均明显优于对照组(329.8±17.2)m、(5.31±0.74)分、(35.11±5.08)分。治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、SV分别为(52.13±3.05)mm、(42.09±3.04)mm、(53.67±4.45)%、(58.94±3.88)ml/min,均明显优于对照组(56.27±3.12)mm、(45.16±3.51)mm、(48.93±4.31)%、(54.85±3.73)ml/min。治疗后,观察组BNP、TNF-ɑ、IL-6水平分别为(314.6±38.9)pg/ml、(22.15±4.49)ng/L、(118.4±15.9)ng/L,均明显低于对照组(394.8±41.5)pg/ml、(29.83±4.88)ng/L、(152.1±17.6)ng/L。治疗后,观察组ECW/TBW、ECW/ICW分别为(0.384±0.041)、(0.451±0.055),均明显优于对照组(0.397±0.063)、(0.442±0.062)。结论:常规治疗上加用芪参益气滴丸,可提高慢性心力衰竭治疗疗效,改善心功能和容量负荷。Objective： To analyse the effect of Qishenyiqi droplet on the capacity load and the curative effect of chronic heart failure. Methods： 140 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2016 to June 2016 were treated with the conventional scheme,and those in the observation group were additionally treated with Qishenyiqi droplet,then the influence of the medicine on related indexes was observed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（91. 43% vs 74. 29%）（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,6 MWT,symptom score,MLHFFQ score in the observation group were（364. 8 ± 20. 5） m,（4. 16 ± 0. 69） points,（26. 59 ± 4. 75） points,better than those in the control group（329. 8 ± 17. 2） m,（5. 31 ± 0. 74） points,（35. 11 ± 5. 08） points（all P〈0. 05）,respectively. After the treatment,levels of LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,SV in the observation group were（52. 13 ± 3. 05） mm,（42. 09 ± 3. 04） mm,（53. 67 ± 4. 45） %,（58. 94 ±3. 88） ml/min,better than those in the control group（56. 27 ± 3. 12） mm,（45. 16 ± 3. 51） mm,（48. 93 ± 4. 31） %,（54. 85 ± 3. 73） ml/min（all P〈0. 05）,respectively. Conclusion： On the basis of the conventional treatment,Qishenyiqi droplet can improve the curative effect on chronic heart failure,improve the cardiac function and the capacity load.
