生脉饮口服液治疗小儿扩张型心肌病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉饮口服液治疗小儿扩张型心肌病临床疗效。方法:我院儿科74例扩张型心肌病患儿(2013年1月至2015年12月)为对象,将其随机分为2组,均给予常规方案治疗,其中观察组另给予生脉饮口服液,分析该生脉饮口服液对该疾病是否有益。结果:(1)观察组治疗后的总有效率为91.89%,高于对照组70.27%。治疗后,观察组LVEF、LVSD、LVDD分别为(45.13±3.27%、40.95±2.26mm、42.95±2.14mm),均明显优于对照组(40.18±3.16%、45.08±2.35mm、47.23±2.30mm)。(3)治疗后,观察组SDNN、SDANN、r MSDD、p NN50分别为(127.9±7.8ms、119.4±7.2ms、29.31±2.52ms、17.35±1.04%),均明显高于对照组(115.8±7.1ms、104.5±6.9ms、25.82±2.44ms、13.28±0.98%)。(4)观察组不良反应率为5.41%,略低于对照组13.51%,但组间差异无统计学意义。(5)治疗开始起1年内,对照组死亡6例(16.22%),和观察组5例(13.51%)比,差异无统计学意义。结论:生脉饮口服液可改善扩张型心肌病患儿心功能,增加治疗效果,且用药安全。Objective： To analyse the clinical efficacy of Shengmaiyin oral liquid on dilated cardiomyopathy in children. Methods： 74 children with dilated cardiomyopathy from internal medicine-cardiovascular department from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly grouped two groups. Children in the two groups were treated with routine treatment and those in the observation group were additionally treated with Shengmaiyin oral liquid,and the clinical efficacy of Shengmaiyin oral liquid was analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 91. 89%,higher than 70. 27% in the control group（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,LVEF,LVSD,LVDD in the observation group were（45. 13 ± 3. 27%,40. 95 ± 2. 26 mm,42. 95 ± 2. 14 mm）,better than those in the control group（40. 18 ± 3. 16%,45. 08 ± 2. 35 mm,47. 23 ±2. 30 mm）（all P〈0. 05）.（3）After the treatment,SDNN,SDANN,r MSDD,p NN50 in the observation group were（127. 9 ± 7. 8 ms,119. 4 ± 7.2 ms,29. 31 ± 2. 52 ms,17. 35 ± 1. 04%）,better than those in the control group（115. 8 ± 7. 1 ms,104. 5 ± 6. 9 ms,25. 82 ± 2. 44 ms,13. 28 ± 0.98%）（all P〈0. 05）.（4）The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 5. 41%,slightly lower than that in the control group with 13.51%,P〈0. 05.（5）In 1 year,there were 6 dead children in the control group（16. 22%）,compared with the observation group with 5 dead children（13. 51%）,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Shengmaiyin oral liquid can improve heart function in children with dilated cardiomyopathy,increase the efficacy and medication safety.
