摘  要:针对一起高压开关柜频繁操作引起避雷器爆炸和变压器短路事故进行深入研究,发现高压开关柜频繁操作产生的操作过电压是造成事故的主要原因。事故发生机理是高压开关柜的频繁操作对电器设备的绝缘性能造成累积性损伤,因此电器设备的绝缘性能阈值逐渐下降。事故产生过程是操作过电压超过避雷器绝缘性能的阈值,因此避雷器的绝缘被击穿引起事故;变压器低压侧没有安装阻容吸收装置,缺少针对操作过电压的抑制装置,使得操作过电压损害变压器的绝缘性能,最终导致变压器发生短路事故。最后有针对性地提出改进建议,预防和降低由于操作过电压造成类似事故的发生,保障电力系统安全运行。In this paper, the power system accident that lightning arrester explosion and transformer short circuit caused by the frequent operation of high voltage switch cabinet is studied deeply. It is found that the overvoltage caused by the frequent operation of the high voltage switch cabinet is the main cause of the accident. The accident mechanism is that the insulation performance of the electrical equipment is cumulatively damaged by the frequent operation of the high voltage switch cabinet.Therefore,the insulation performance threshold of the electrical equipment is gradually decreased. The accident process is due to the threshold of overvoltage over the lightning arrester, so the insulation of lightning arrester is breakdown and the accident is caused. The resistance and capacitance absorbing device is not installed on the low voltage side of the transformer,so there is no suppression device for overvoltage. The insulation performance of transformer is damaged by the overvoltage, so that leads to transformer short circuit fault. Some improvement suggestions are proposed to prevent and reduce the occurrence of similar accidents and ensure the safe operation of power system.
