摘　　要：本文从中医"脑肠相通"的理论出发,以现代医学中的脑-肠肽、脑-肠轴两方面佐证,并通过胃肠道损伤作为中介,对脑缺血与肠道菌群关系进行归纳整理,以期从中寻找出可以治疗脑缺血的新方向,为将来脑缺血的治疗方案研究提供有效的理论参考。In this paper,we discuss the interrelation between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract from the theory of ＂ Brain-Intestine Connection＂ in Chinese medicine,and then establish the possible interrelation of cerebral ischemic injury and intestinal flora. Expect to provide a new direction for the recovery of cerebral ischemic injury.
