多穗石柯化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：多穗石柯为Lithocarpus Polystachys(Wall.)Rehd壳斗科石柯属植物,以根、叶及果实入药,含黄酮类、三萜类、多酚类化合物等化学成分。味甘性平,功效为清热解毒、化痰、祛风、降压,主要用于湿热泻痢、肺热咳嗽、痈疽疮疡、皮肤瘙痒等。现代研究表明,多穗石柯具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、抗菌、抗炎、抗过敏等药理作用。但总体上讲,目前对多穗石柯的研究不多。为进一步研究和开发多穗石柯,本文结合国内外研究进展对多穗石柯的化学成分及药理作用方面进行综述。Lithocarpus polystachys（ Wall.） Rehd is a kind of fagaceae Lithocarpus evergreen plants,and its root,leaf and fruit were used as medicine. Main components of Lithocarpus polystachys（ Wall.） Rehd are flavonoids,triterpene and polyphenols compounds. Lithocarpus polystachys（ Wall.） Rehds is sweet natured and it has been served as a folk medicine used in the treatment of diarrhea,cough,sore ulcer and itching. Modern pharmacology has demonstrated that it has anti-oxidant,reducing blood sugar and fat,anti-inflammatory,and anti-allergic effect. However,there are not more researches on it at present. To furtherly research and develop Lithocarpus polystachys（ Wall.） Rehd,this review systematically summarizes chemical components and pharmacological effects of Lithocarpus polystachys（ Wall.） Rehd based on the domestic and abroad research.
