摘　　要：对全国重要煤电基地山西省来说,在能源结构短期内无法调整的现状下,推进煤炭的清洁高效利用是解决山西能源和环境问题的核心。阐述了能源转型背景下山西煤炭清洁高效利用内涵、进展,剖析了存在的问题,并提出我国进入清洁能源时代山西煤炭清洁发展的实现路径和策略。From the national important coal and electric power base in Shanxi Province,under the status with the energy structure hard to be adjusted within a short period,the promotion of Shanxi coal clean and high efficient utilization would be the core to solve Shanxi energy and environment problems. The paper stated the connotation and progress of Shanxi coal clean and high efficient utilization and analyzed the existed problems. The paper provided the approach and strategy to realize Shanxi coal clean development when China is in a clean energy era.
