河南6个栽培类型药菊内在质量的研究

摘　　要：目的:综合评价河南种植的6个药菊栽培类型主要有效成分,为药菊在河南的安全生产提供理论依据。方法:采集不同栽培类型药菊第1茬花,蒸青干燥,测定绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总黄酮、多糖、可溶性蛋白、氨基酸、微量元素含量,并进行聚类分析和TOPSIS法综合评价。结果:大洋菊(杭菊)、贡菊、怀菊、黄金菊、野金菊、小洋菊(杭菊)6个药菊栽培类型绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总黄酮、多糖、可溶性蛋白、微量元素含量差异显著,有效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量均达到了中国药典2015年版规定标准。结论:不同栽培类型间有效成分含量的差异主要来自遗传差异,杭菊引种到河南后内在质量优势明显。Objective： To study the main effective constituents of six cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium which cultivated in Henan,to provide the theory basis for safe production of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Henan province.Methods： Collected the first picking time Chrysanthemum morifolium flos,steamed green and dried.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,amino acids,trace elements of six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium were measured,cluster analysis and the TOPSIS method were used to evaluate the main effective constituents.Results： There were obvious difference in content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,trace elements in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium had reached the minimum standards which prescribed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2015）.Conclusion： There are differences on the main effective constituents of Chrysanthemum morifolium between different cultivars,the reason is mainly because of genetic differences,the Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Hangju＇cultivated in Henan has the better internal quality.
