摘  要:目的:综合评价河南种植的6个药菊栽培类型主要有效成分,为药菊在河南的安全生产提供理论依据。方法:采集不同栽培类型药菊第1茬花,蒸青干燥,测定绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总黄酮、多糖、可溶性蛋白、氨基酸、微量元素含量,并进行聚类分析和TOPSIS法综合评价。结果:大洋菊(杭菊)、贡菊、怀菊、黄金菊、野金菊、小洋菊(杭菊)6个药菊栽培类型绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、总黄酮、多糖、可溶性蛋白、微量元素含量差异显著,有效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量均达到了中国药典2015年版规定标准。结论:不同栽培类型间有效成分含量的差异主要来自遗传差异,杭菊引种到河南后内在质量优势明显。Objective: To study the main effective constituents of six cultivars of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium which cultivated in Henan,to provide the theory basis for safe production of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Henan province.Methods: Collected the first picking time Chrysanthemum morifolium flos,steamed green and dried.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,amino acids,trace elements of six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium were measured,cluster analysis and the TOPSIS method were used to evaluate the main effective constituents.Results: There were obvious difference in content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,soluble protein,trace elements in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid in six cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium had reached the minimum standards which prescribed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).Conclusion: There are differences on the main effective constituents of Chrysanthemum morifolium between different cultivars,the reason is mainly because of genetic differences,the Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Hangju'cultivated in Henan has the better internal quality.
