脉叶虎皮楠地上部分生物碱成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对脉叶虎皮楠地上部分的生物碱成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、Rp-18柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等分离手段对显脉虎皮楠地上部分的95%乙醇提取物中的生物碱类成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从脉叶虎皮楠95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个生物碱,分别鉴定为:daphnipaxianine A(1)、daphnipaxianine B(2)、daphnipaxianine C(3)、daphnipaxianine D(4)、daphniyunnine A(5)、longistylumphylline A(6)、daphnilongeranin B(7)、longistylumphylline B methyl ester(8)、daphniyunnine E(9)、daphniyunnine D(10)。结论:其中,化合物5~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the alkaloids from Daphniphyllum paxianum aerial part.Methods： The ten alkaloids were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and Rp-18 column chromatographies techniques from the 95% ethanol extracts of Daphniphyllum paxianum aerial part,their structures were elucidated on the basis of the physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results： Ten alkaloids were obtained from Daphniphyllum paxianum aerial part.Their structures were identified as daphnipaxianine A（1）,daphnipaxianine B（2）,daphnipaxianine C（3）,daphnipaxianine D（4）,daphniyunnine A（5）,longistylumphylline A（6）,daphnilongeranin B（7）,longistylumphylline B methyl ester（8）,daphniyunnine E（9） and daphniyunnine D（10）.Conclusion： Compounds 5~ 10 are obtained from this plant for the fisrt time.
