摘  要:目的:研究缬草的双环氧木脂素类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定双环氧木脂素类化合物的结构。结果:从缬草20%和70%乙醇洗脱部位中分离并鉴定了10个双环氧木脂素类化合物,分别为:(+)-松脂素-4,4'-O-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、3'-去甲基-松脂素-4,4'-O-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(+)-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、5'-甲氧基-松脂素-4,4'-O-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、8,8'-二羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、8,8'-二羟基-松脂素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、8-羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、8'-羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、8,8'-二羟基-松脂素(9)、4,4'-二去甲基松伯醇-3'-去甲基-8,8'-二羟基-松脂素(10)。结论:其中,化合物2、4、6、10为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物2、4、6、7、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical components of bisepoxylignans of Valeriana officinalis.Methods: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of bisepoxylignans.Results: Ten bisepoxylignans were isolated from the 20% and 70% ethanol elution parts of Valeriana officinalis as(+)-pinoresinol-4,4'-O-β-D-di-glucopyranoside(1),3'-demethyl-pinoresinol-4,4'-O-β-D-di-glucopyranoside(2),(+)-pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),5'-methoxyl-pinoresinol-4,4'-O-β-D-di-glucopyranoside(4),8,8'-dihydroxyl-prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),8,8'-dihydroxyl-prinsepiol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),8-hydroxyl-prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),8'-hydroxyl-prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),8,8'-dihydroxyl-prinsepiol(9) and 4,4'-didemethylconiferolyl-3'-demethyl-8,8'-dihydroxyl-prinsepiol(10).Conclusion: Compounds 2,4,6,10 are isolated from Valeriana genus for the first time,compounds 2,4,6,7,9,10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
