摘　　要：目的:研究阔叶丰花草的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用ESI-MS、1HNMR、13C-NMR等波谱方法结合理化性质确定化学结构。结果:从阔叶丰花草中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-吲哚甲醛(1)、3-吲哚甲酸(2)、6-羟基-5-甲氧基吲哚(3)、吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯(4)、9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1-methanol(5)、催吐萝芙木醇(6)、morindolide(7)、2,2-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-6-oxoheptanoic acid lactone(8)、黑麦草内酯(9)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Spermacoce latifolia herbs.Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were determined through spectroscopic techniques and physicochemical properties.Results： Nine compounds were isolated from Spermacoce latifolia and identified as 3-indole-carbaldehyde（1）,3-indole-carboxylic acid（2）,6-hydroxy-5-methoxyindole（3）,methyl 3-indolecarboxylate（4）,9 H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1-methanol（5）,vomifoliol（6）,morindolide（7）,2,2-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-6-oxoheptanoic acid lactone（8） and loliolide（9）.Conclusion： All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
